Abstract
The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for evidence-based experiments on intervention trends in art psychotherapy that uses two or more art media. In order to do so, 21 studies published by the Korean Academy of Arts Psychotherapy from 2010 to 2020 were selected and analyzed for frequency, satisfaction rate, and average score based on intervention characteristics and qualitative evaluation indicators. It was found that the term "integrated art therapy" was used the most as a keyword referring to characteristics related to the research theme; the frequency of integrated media use by subject was the greatest in terms of the usage characteristics of art media on research subjects; and cognitive-centered intervention was the most common(42.67%, 128 sessions) for intervention category and strategic characteristic of each session. As for the characteristics of the study intervention, the following frequencies were found: more than 10 sessions and less than 20 sessions, time given per session was more than 50 minutes and less than 70 minutes, and the arbitration period was more than 9 weeks and less than 12 weeks, and 12 studies (57.14%) showed the location of arbitration. As for the dependent variable, ¡°self¡± had the highest frequency with 13 articles (35.14%). Second, there were no papers that satisfied all 10 indicators in the qualitative index analysis area, and the following results were found: the area with the highest satisfaction rate was ¡°result analysis¡± at 95.24%, and the one with the lowest satisfaction rate (4.76%) was "arbitration provider." The average scores of satisfaction were as follows: an average of 1.66 in ¡°technique for participation in research,¡± 1.81 in ¡°arbitration execution and control group,¡± 1.64 in ¡°performance measurement¡± and 2.90 in ¡°data analysis.¡± Suggestions for follow-up studies are presented based on the research results.
